Sight Equipment Vehicle surprises shoppers - as well as the snow!

Our sight equipment vehicle was put to good use inside the Dolphin Shopping Centre last Friday and rather than transporting our blind and partially sighted members, or delivering equipment out in the community, it was filled with balloons.

Shoppers in the centre were invited to guess the number of balloons inside the vehicle to win a food hamper as well as to find out more about the Dorset Blind Association, the services we offer and the volunteering opportunities available.

No one came close to guessing the correct amount this time so watch out for our next venue and you could be a winner!
